Wedding scrapbook page pt1

Well after being newrly married for 9 years on 25/06 I decided to try and complete my wedding album.
I am loving the new Sara Davies love and romance signature collection for Crafter's Companion, I have made 2 scrapbook pages today.

The 1st page I used love in bloom from the 12x12 pad, I cut a 6in circle and used barn door to distress the edges. And I cut the hearts from the love heart die from the love and romance range.
I used the you & me from 12x12in pad.
Cut 2 circles in white card and did faux stitching around the edges. "I love you so much" & "all my love" from the
stamp set. I did faux stitching on the hearts and I cut 2 always and forever  die cut in black and white card to do a dropped shadow effect.

All the items I used today except for my wedding photos are available at:

A 50th birthday card for a work colleague

Well today at such a late hour i realised I needed to make a birthday card for a work colleague as she turns 50.
I asked her husband what kind of thing she likes and he advised me that she liked elephants, kittens and cute things, I then remembered that I had a year with Humphrey cd rom and looked at the cd and found a decoupage sheet I liked.
I used black card, and backing sheets from my old 12x12 paper sheets, I used black ribbon and pink pearls from my old stash. And I found a happy birthday die cut greeting which I added, I hope she likes it x

Sneaky Peeks Pollyanna Pickering's

Hi all

On Monday the wonderful Lynda Chapman will be on our create and craft screens with the fabulous Pollyanna Pickering's new dvd rom called Christmas moments.
And I can honestly say that this is one dvd rom that you will want to get, here are the samples that I have made from the dvd rom too.
I must admit this boxed card is my absolute favourite one I have made, I put in a battery operated candle which changes colour really brings the image out which I printed out on printable velum.
I made this note book card as I think it's a good idea for making Xmas present ideas.
I just brought a note book and I decorated the front of it.
This is a fridge magnet which I thought was simple to do.
For some reason I love making calendars think a new addiction is forming.

There are brand new stamp sets too so come and watch Lynda on Monday 24th Aug on create & craft.
They re available to buy at

Happy crafting

Challenge 148 & 149 at Glitter n sparkle

Good morning all.

Hope everyone is having a good day, I am putting up 2 challenges one from last week and one for this weeks challenge.
I apologise for only managing putting up last weeks challenge but was busy sorting out a family emergency.

Last weeks challenge was anything goes, I had my image from crafty sentiments called - going out I thoroughly enjoyed colouring this image in.

This weeks challenge is Add some flowers so please join in.

My image which I love is by Morgan's art world and it is called Fairy wishes Sky & Scarlet

Both images were coloured in with my beloved spectrum noir pens.

Have a fab day
